During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the spacious and well-furnished rooms. The comfortable beds and the working internet connection were a good plus. The hotel's key location, close to the airport, made it convenient for me to get there. Besides, the hotel's staff was friendly and helpful.

Also, the rooms' cleanliness was inadequate with dingy interiors and non-functional facilities such as showers with no hot water. Furthermore, the upper floors' accessibility was not convenient due to numerous stairs. while the hotel's staff was friendly, I was disappointed with some of the amenities and services.
